For the 1st time in India, our special team of engineers have designed and manufactured a locally developed solution for continuous annealing of stainless steel and MS sheets. With a significantly larger production capacity and lower running cost than Bell annealing furnaces, it proves to be a competitive substitute. Countinuous Annealing Line (CAL) provides for real-time quality monitoring and ensures best final result.

• Successfully manufactured and commissioned India’s Largest Hydrogen De-Embrittlement (Dehydrogenation) Furnace for RSP, SAIL Rourkela. This technology was formerly exclusive to Russians. Furnace capacity was 50 MT, and it was completed in a record-breaking 4 months, for which we received accolades in the local newspaper.

• Developed Nitriding Process for HAL, Nasik in 1996 as part of a Russian technology transfer for surface hardening of bolts used in MIG Planes.

• Completed on-site heat treatment and curing of the nuclear dry shield for the Kudankulam nuclear plant. It was as per Russian Technology.

• Worked as consultant with JSW, Hissar to develop bright annealing of cupronickel Iron in Australian second-hand Vertical furnace. Cupronickel Iron is used in making of Indian coin currency.

• Supplied Pit-type tempering furnace to GIF Jabalpur to do hardening of India’s largest bomb shell.

• Manufacturer of India's largest Ammonia Cracker of capacity 300 NM3/Hr, supplied to RSP, SAIL Rourkela.

• Developed fist Exo-gas generator to generate exo-gas using coal for Jindal Saw Pipe, Nashik.

• The sole company globally with the capability to manufacture both furnaces and their gas generators under one single roof.
